Lift Your Neighbor uses crowdfunding to lift our neighbors in need to self-reliance and prosperity.
Local non-profits in Heber Valley help us identify people in need and then you have the opportunity to sponsor them by contributing whatever amount you can to help fulfill their needs.
We focus on finding people who have verifiable needs that if met will help them become more self-reliant. You can see our priorities here.

HOW DO I KNOW A NEIGHBOR'S NEED IS REAL?
Every need posted on Lift Your Neighbor is verified by one of our local partner non-profits who meet with the person and make an assessment of what will help the neighbor move toward self-reliance.
ARE MY DONATIONS TAX-DEDUCTIBLE?
Yes. Lift Your Neighbor is a project of Transcend Together, which is a 501(c)(3) organization. Your donations are to Transcend Together, and then we make sure your donation is given to the neighbor in need.
WHAT IF A NEED ISN'T FULLY FUNDED?
We will work with the non-profit parter to decide whether the funded amount should go to the neighbor in need or be given to another person in need.
HOW MUCH OF MY DONATION GOES TO THE NEIGHBOR?
100% of your donation goes to the neighbor in need. We always need donations to cover our administrative costs, and you can help with those either when you donate to a person in need or on our Donate page.
WHAT IF I HAVE A NEED OR KNOW SOMEONE WHO DOES?
We only accept nominations from our trusted partners, so you can contact one of them and ask them to verify the need and submit a nomination.
CAN I DONATE WITH A CHECK OR CASH?
We prefer online donations, but you can also mail a check to Transcend Together, 138 E 12300 S #770 Draper, UT 84020. We cannot accept cash.
